Om Sai Ram 

On the afternoon of Wednesday, 7th December about 1pm, my dad suddenly got a fit. His condition was not stable and something within me said I should contact the emergency services. I called for an ambulance immediately, they said it would be sometime until help reaches us. I had done all the routine tests on dad by then and the parameters of blood pressure and oxygen levels seemed fine. I was praying to Baba continuously and chanting his name. The ambulance arrived in an hours’ time and we reached hospital, we were told we would have to wait up to 5 hours outside A&E to be seen. It was bitterly cold due to the on- going cold snap. I didn’t let the cold dim my hope. Miraculously we got in an hours’ time and dad was seen by the consultant and his blood tests were taken which came back normal. Dad also was allotted a bed immediately until his CT scan could be taken as recommended by the consultant.

While waiting to be called for the CT scan I started reading Sat Charitra to dad and read 4 chapters to him. He was listening to the reading and seemed calm and peaceful. I could sense all this while that we were being taken care of by Baba. There was a sense of positive energy around us. As we continued to wait, two nurses came in to see dad and we ended up speaking. They seemed curious to know about me and what I did. I spoke to them about Sai Baba and the healing work I do. They were fascinated and asked me for my details. Another nurse also came in and said that she could sense good energy and vibes around us.

Dad was called for CT scan at midnight. By Baba’s grace and blessings, the scan reports were normal. Consultant was happy for dad to be discharged. I had to get a cab home and was told it might take up to 3 hours to get home due to the weather. Baba again was with us. The cab arrived and we were home in 20 mins and we reached home at 3.15 am.

It was a good stressful 12-14 hours but I never felt the stress instead felt looked after by Baba. He took care that dad got all the necessary care and got home safely. With his blessing’s dad is recovering well.

Baba is the best. Place your faith on him and leave the rest. His devotion gives so much of strength.
