Cancellation Policy

Late arrival/Missed Sessions

In-person appointments

As we book appointments at specific times, we will not be able to see you if you arrive outside your appointment times. If you arrive early, we will ask you to wait until your appointment time.

If you are running late, please inform us at the earliest. If you arrive late without notice, we cannot extend the session to compensate.

If you are over 15 minutes late and have not contacted us, we will assume you are not coming and will consider it as a cancellation without notice. Please note full charges of the session apply in this case. A replacement appointment will be given the same week if available. If an appointment is not available the same week, one will be arranged the following week, and you will be charged for the session.

Online/telephone appointments

If we have the session online or by telephone, we will call you (unless we agreed on something different) when the session is due to start. If the call is unanswered, we will try again a few moments later. If the second attempt fails, we will ask you to contact us when you can take the call, but the session will still run from the scheduled time. If you have not contacted us within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, we will consider this as cancellation without notice. Please note full charges of the session apply in this case. A replacement appointment will be given the same week if available. If an appointment is not available the same week, one will be arranged the following week, and you will be charged for the session.

Cancellations

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment over 48-hours in advance, we will not charge you for the session. If you cancel after that, or if you cannot attend, you will still need to pay for the appointment as we have committed the time.

Exceptional circumstances

We recognise that emergencies happen, even if they are rare. If you know that you might not make an appointment, please let us know when you book it. We will try to be more accommodating in such circumstances. Similarly, if a genuine emergency prevented you from attending, and from letting us know, we could consider waiving or reducing the cancellation fee.

Should you repeatedly make and cancel appointments, we might ask for a non-refundable pre-payment. We will not refund this payment, even if you cancel ahead of the usual 48-hour window.

Overseas clients unable to pay by bank transfer may either cover payment processing fees or add an equivalent amount as a donation. 

Workshops and events

All workshops and event bookings are fully transferable but non-refundable. If you make a substitution, please let us know in advance. If you need to make a last-minute change, you will need to call us as soon as possible.

Code of Conduct & Client Responsibility

At Sai 9 Healing, all prayers, spiritual guidance and healing practices are performed with sincere intention and devotion. However, results may vary based on individual circumstances, faith, actions and personal commitment.

By using our services, clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • ⁠It is the client’s responsibility to sincerely follow the guidance, remedies and instructions provided by Ravi Ji.
  • ⁠Clients are expected to maintain a positive mindset, patience and faith throughout the healing process.
  • ⁠Spiritual healing and prayers are supportive practices and should be approached with trust, respect and consistency.
  • ⁠Instant results should not be expected. Spiritual healing and prayers may take time, patience and continued effort, depending on the situation and the individual.
  • ⁠Any abusive, disrespectful, threatening, negative or inappropriate verbal behavior toward Ravi Ji, team members, or representatives of Sai 9 Healing will not be tolerated.
  • ⁠Repeated misconduct, offensive communication, or violation of respectful conduct may result in refusal or termination of services without prior notice.

We request all clients to maintain respectful and cooperative communication at all times.
