Experiencing healing energy across the body has released something within my body.

Emotional, physical changes: the answers with Baba.

In the last few months, I have been trying to breathe but my breath is not reaching anywhere into the body. When I came out of the reiki healing session and during the session, I witnessed that my breath went all the way to my chakras.

I had shivering and felt something being stuck in my lower part of the body. I did not feel flow of energy and Ravi said the same. That was affirming as to what I am feeling in my legs too.

I felt like crying, seeing Baba after the session, a total drain out happened as if it had been a long-awaited moment.

Baba did bless me by allowing me to do the abhishek. My heart felt heavy and I felt deep sense of love. ❤
