With blessings from Baba, I am delighted to announce a Maha Shivaratri meditation, taking place on Wednesday 26^th February 2025. Shiv and Ratri – translates as ‘The Great Night of Lord Shiva.’ The festival, celebrated at night is a time of high energy and honours the marriage of Lord Shiva and Parvati Maa. It is the occasion that Shiva performed his divine dance, called the Tandava (dance of preservation, creation and destruction), and the day that Shiva defeated all of his enemies.  

Devotees observe this day by fasting, performing rudra abhishek, chanting prayers and meditating. Celebrations also include bathing the Shiva Linga in honey and milk in the temples. It is a time to celebrate the power of Lord Shiva, who embodies the divine power of destruction and renewal.

On this auspicious day, Sai 9 Healing will be offering meditation. This is a powerful time to experience Lord Shiva’s energy and guidance, to gain self – awareness, purify our minds and to transform our lives. Devotees will have the opportunity to offer milk to Lord Shiva, pray for and receive Lord Shiva’s blessings, to gain clarity and inner peace.
