Hanuman Jayanti marks the sacred birth of Lord Hanuman, a heroic figure of the Ramayana and an ardent devotee of Lord Rama. On this auspicious day, devotees worship Hanuman, recite the Hanuman Chalisa, read the Ramayana, observe fasts and offer heartfelt prayers.
Hanuman, also known as the son of the Wind God Vayu, represents strength, bravery and wisdom. We pray to Hanuman to remove our fears and anxiety and infuse us with unlimited energy.
