In my guidance sessions, I work with you one-to-one to explore what is happening in your life, to uncover what may be holding you back, and support you to reach your goals and personal growth.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you come with one specific question or choose ongoing support, our time together is focused entirely on what matters most to you.
