9 months ago my husband was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and we were informed that he needed a transplant.

It was so difficult to get a donor and my son had to be the live donor. Being British passport holders, we had to do submission of some documents for government permission which was a 2 week process prior to surgery.

All through this process Ravi who always stood like a shield for over a decade for my family was praying. She kept telling me transplant will not be needed, Baba will take care.

Just a week before surgery, through someone we were asked to go to Rele institute which was in Chennai to meet Professor Rele.

We immediately went there and to my astonishment…inside the hospital there is a small Baba temple.

All investigations were done and we went to meet a panel of doctors. At the back of doctor Rele there was a beautiful Baba statue again and my eyes could not stop seeing him.

Mr Rele said no transplant and we started treatment; with an aim to reevaluate in 6 months if surgery is still required. Every month we visited the institute and looking at Baba felt like a fortune to me, it also made me never doubt the process. I was just walking holding Baba’s beautiful hand.

All this for 6 months Ravi prayed and her message was my husband will be protected.

We just visited institute for the 6 month review and they concluded no transplant was needed. They made our monthly visits twice a year and it just was the biggest relief to us. My husband’s enlargement became normal and he looks much healthier.

Ravi and her prayers were like a pillar of strength. Baba is a healer and for me his magical eyes have the power to transform any situation as long as faith and patience are kept intact.
