Navaratri Meditation
11th – 20th October 2026Would you like to experience how Durga Maa’s energy can guide and empower you in your life?
With the blessings of Durga Maa and Baba, Sai 9 Healing is delighted to invite you to the Navaratri meditation.
Through this meditation, you can open your heart and mind to Durga Maa’s nurturing energy, reconnect with your inner strength and be inspired to live with focus and purpose.
Why do we celebrate Navaratri?
Navaratri means “nine nights” and is a vibrant festival that honours Shakti, the divine feminine energy, in her many forms. Each night celebrates one of the nine forms of Durga Maa, inviting us to connect with her strength, wisdom, and grace.
This sacred time reminds us of the victory of good over challenges and the inner strength that we all have. While Navaratri includes rituals, fasting, prayer, Garba dances, and devotional performances, it is also an opportunity to connect with your inner power and potential. It is also a time for rest and renewal.
Beyond personal reflection and meditation, Navaratri is a time to come together with family, friends and community, to share joy, and honour Durga Maa with devotion and gratitude.
The Nine Forms of Durga Maa
- Night 1 – Shailaputri (Daughter of the Mountain): New beginnings, strength, and determination
- Night 2 – Brahmacharini (The Ascetic): Devotion, discipline, and focus
- Night 3 – Chandraghanta (Warrior Goddess with a Crescent Moon): Courage, readiness, and grace
- Night 4 – Kushmanda (The Cosmic Creator): Creativity and the power to manifest
- Night 5 – Skandamata (Mother of Kartikeya): Nurturing, protection, and compassion
- Night 6 – Katyayani (The Warrior Goddess): Righteous action and fierce power
- Night 7 – Kalaratri (The Dark One): Destruction of ignorance and fear
- Night 8 – Mahagauri (The Radiant Goddess): Purity, calm, and hope
