Welcome to Sai 9 Bandhan. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before becoming a member.
1. Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Sai 9 Bandhan.
- “Member”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual registering with Sai 9 Bandhan.
- “Services” means matchmaking, guidance, events, coaching, and related services provided by Sai 9 Bandhan.
2. Eligibility
- By applying, you confirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and that you are legally single, separated, divorced or widowed.
- You confirm that you are not currently in any romantic or committed relationship while engaging the services of Sai 9 Bandhan.
- You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
- You agree to provide valid identification and documents for verification (passport/driver’s license, proof of employment/education, and divorce decree if applicable).
3. Membership, Fees & Payment Terms
Membership Fees
- Introductory offer: £54 for the first 3 months.
- Standard membership: £27 per month thereafter.
- Sai 9 Bandhan charges a monthly membership fee as part of its subscription services.
- The fee amount and billing cycle will be clearly communicated at the time of sign-up.
Billing Cycle
- Your first payment is due immediately upon registration.
- Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same calendar day each month, unless otherwise notified.
Changes and Refunds
- Membership is flexible – you may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
- No refunds are given for partial months unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Any changes to the membership plan or billing date can be requested by contacting the Sai 9 Bandhan team.
- Rejoining after cancellation requires a six-month wait.
Failed Payments
- In the event a payment cannot be processed, access to membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully made.
4. Services Provided
- Membership is selective, and all applicants are required to complete an interview and screening process. Sai 9 Bandhan reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to approve or decline any application.
- Matches are hand selected by our team based on your profile, values, and preferences.
- One introduction at a time will be provided (typically within 7 days).
- Follow-up support and guidance are included.
- We host quarterly community events.
- While we are dedicated to helping you make meaningful connections, we cannot promise that every client will find a partner. Results will vary for each individual.
5. Member Conduct
By joining, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and courtesy.
- Communicate openly and respectfully during introductions.
- Not engage in harassment, offensive or dishonest behaviour.
- Not misuse our platform for commercial, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Members must remain honest, respectful and transparent throughout their journey, and promptly inform Sai 9 Bandhan of any changes in their personal circumstances that may affect their membership or matchmaking process.
- Members are required to provide Sai 9 Bandhan with feedback after the first date and after every subsequent date, confirming whether they wish to continue pursuing the connection or would prefer us to arrange further introductions.
- Your Sai 9 Bandhan membership is for your personal use only. You may not share your account with anyone else, allow someone else to use your membership, or transfer or assign your account to another person or organisation. Any violation of this rule may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
Sai 9 Bandhan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these standards.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- We comply with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act.
- Your information is kept strictly confidential and never shared with third parties without consent.
- Data is used solely for matchmaking and membership support.
- Security measures are in place to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against breaches.
- You agree that all communication with Sai 9 Bandhan, its team, or employees must remain private. You must not take photos, screenshots or recordings of any such communication, nor share it with others.
- You agree to treat all profiles and personal details of potential matches with the utmost confidentiality. Any information shared with you is intended solely for your personal use and must not be copied, distributed or disclosed to anyone else under any circumstances.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Sai 9 Bandhan acts only as a facilitator of introductions and does not guarantee compatibility, success, or outcomes. We are not liable or responsible for the actions, conduct or representations of other members, including any interactions, meetings, or communications outside the platform.
- We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from use of our services, except where required by law.
- Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk. Members are expected to exercise their own judgment and caution when meeting others and remain fully responsible for their personal safety at all times.
8. Complaints and Disputes
- Concerns or complaints can be raised directly via email or phone.
- We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and handle them confidentially.
- Inappropriate behaviour will be investigated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.
- Mediation support may be offered to assist with disputes between members.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your membership at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Amendments to Terms
Sai 9 Bandhan reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through email notifications and/or updates posted on our website.
Please take a moment to check the Terms occasionally. By continuing to use Sai 9 Bandhan after any updates, you are agreeing to the new rules. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel your membership at any time.

Complaints Process
Acknowledgement
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days.
- Investigation
- A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to fully understand the nature of your complaint.
- Your complaint will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.
- Resolution
- We will aim to resolve your complaint within 15 working days.
- If your complaint is complex, we may require additional time and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

- Treat all members with kindness, courtesy, and consideration.
- Show respect to the Sai 9 Bandhan team and all services provided.
- Avoid offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language or behaviour.
Communicate Honestly
- Provide accurate information about yourself, your background and your relationship goals.
- Provide truthful and accurate information on your profile and during interactions.
- Be open, courteous, and respectful during introductions and conversations.
- Give introductions a genuine chance by engaging in at least one meaningful conversation or meeting.
- Avoid misleading, deceptive or manipulative behaviour.
Maintain Privacy and Confidentiality
- Do not share other members’ personal information without consent.
- Respect the confidentiality of coaching sessions, events, and any guidance provided by Sai 9 Bandhan.
Follow Rules and Guidelines
- Use the platform only for matchmaking and related services offered by Sai 9 Bandhan.
- Do not engage in commercial, fraudulent or harmful activities on the platform.
- Do not provide false information about your identity, background or circumstances.
- Follow instructions and requests from the Sai 9 Bandhan team during interactions, events or coaching sessions.
- We do not tolerate prejudice based on race, religion, gender, sexuality or background.
Safety and Responsibility
- Exercise caution when meeting other members.
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate behaviour to the Sai 9 Bandhan team immediately.
Consequences of Misconduct
Members who fail to follow these codes may face:
- A formal warning,
- Temporary suspension, or
- Permanent removal from Sai 9 Bandhan, without refund.
