Shraddha aur Saburi
Sai Satcharitra is a holy book that imparts the teachings of Sai Baba of Shirdi. Reading about Baba’s life has transformed the thoughts and mind of the people through Baba’s inspiration. Sai Satcharitra is simple yet profound.
According to Sai Satcharitra, “If you hear Baba’s Leelas daily, you will always see him. Day and night you will remember him in your mind. When you absorb Baba in this way, your mind will lose its fickleness. If you continue in this manner, it will finally merge in pure consciousness”.
‘Shri Sai Satcharitra’ does not require any additional book to understand it but connecting with Sai Satcharitra or Baba as we say needs time and patience as Baba always ‘Shraddha and Saburi’. Baba works on our devotion and prayer but we have to keep faith and patience. By being humble and pure, one gets closer to Baba. This way a connection can be felt with Baba which is eternally powerful.
Sai Satcharitra is a unique gift for the mankind. The profound teaching through the medium of Udi was the transient aspect of the phenomenal world. Similarly, through the medium of Dakshina, Baba highlighted the sense of non-attachment to the objects of the world. The lessons imparted by Sai Satcharitra make people conscious of their divine nature. The people who follow Baba’s teachings are indeed blessed souls.
